• Anti-viral medication:- telaprevir, atazanavir, retonavir, indinavir, saquinavir and cobicistat
• Recreational drugs:- amyl nitrate (poppers)

The most common side effects are: redness of the skin, upset stomach, constipation, dizziness, and restlessness. If you experience any of the following serious side effects during or after taking this medicine contact your doctor immediately: redness of the skin, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, arms or legs, severe dizziness or fainting, vision changes, sudden hearing loss, ringing in the ears, and severe dizziness.

Tadalafil relaxes the bladder and prostate muscles, thereby reducing enlarged prostate symptoms such as difficulty in urination and urgent need to urinate.
You are advised to take Tadalafil for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition.
